oh, where do I even start? arriving at the hotel only to find i had to wait until 3 pm for check-in was a disaster after a long flight. who wants to drag their luggage while exploring a noisy city with no luggage storage? and hello, can we talk about the mattress that felt like a pancake? just couldn’t give a good review, sadly.

The central location is excellent for exploring Leuven.
The elevator was out of order during my stay, which meant climbing up to the fifth floor with heavy luggage was an absolute nightmare. Secondly, the shower had a significant leak, resulting in poor water flow, and since the reception is only open for limited hours, there was no one to address the issue promptly. Finally, the kitchen lacked essential equipment, like a sponge or proper utensils, making it incredibly frustrating to cook during my long stay.

Family with children will find it useful
The apartment was spacious, my kids loved the little kitchenette where they could whip up some snacks. We also appreciated the cozy dining table, it made meals together very enjoyable.
It wasn't inexpensive but overall, it was still a solid choice.

the check-in process was a bit confusing (you have to call for access). the place is spacious, clean, and has two work desks (which is great for getting things done). loved the large windows that let in plenty of light! everything you need is close by (restaurants, shopping).
